This year 2012 holy week is a very lucky and blessed for me and my family...We had a very rare bonding moment, as this is the longest holiday for the year 2012,,..Celebrated my birthdyay, on a holy thursday,,, and attended a mass celebrated by all the priests of the diocese, as it coincided with the new assignments with the diocese of each priest...for five years...it was a thanksgiving, for me for the blessings received for the past 53 years...learning for the past 20 years, earning , livelihood and businesses for another 20 years...and and continously creating and establishing new businesses... have raised a family, sired children written a book... and have to achieved 19 skills more of the 200 skills learned for a lifetime... to enjoy , cherish and enjoy, and share to my familys next generation of rearios,,..god really loves me and my family very much...and as my fathers side the reario's... family who originated from europe,,, italy and spain specifically an very much identified with the roman catholic organization,,, since the 14th century...with 3 cardinals and a 2 popes,,, in its lineage... and also with my mothers side,,, the ricafort side of my maternal clan... who have produced already a governor general,, in the name of governor general mariano palacin ricafort,,,in the 1820's and the last years of the 20th centry.(who was change to "president ".. during the american regime)...and my name resaldo,,, which is a pure oaseno breed with the combination of my lolos names representing the big barrios of oas... restituto (central oas),,, alejandro ( the biggest barrio, with the mayon unit), and domingo (both the upland and the coastal areas)....and thanks god for creating our a family and our blessing our clan with a very entrepreneurial spirit,,, that wherever a reario is around,,, for sure it will have an improvement of the locality...the best message of the holy week so far was the best for us,, for me, my wife arlene, and our children , anton and nikki, nikki who is now on her next chapter,,, entering college years....i feel good that i have someone to share my experiences, and to transfer to my childre, for them to be better citizens than the previous generation...anton will be entering ust,,,also for her medical studies,,, and nikki probably will purse aim(asian insttitue of management) or continue with her law studies....and me continue to grow and build business and arlene, doing very good in her national position as the coordinator of the national nutrtion council in our region.... and any of us later, we could enter in politics and business at the same time,,, later probably at the age of 80,, when niks and anton probably have finished their studies and have family of their own and my grandchildrens....during the holy week.... there was a change of heart in each and every memeber of the family, especially me,,, for the better,,, especially in harmonoius relations..with my wife , my children and the rest of the member of the family.... they all greeted me on my birthday....,had really had a nice time... singing with my magic sing,,,both religious and country music song, with 3 tv's... a well planned long event, indeed, there is a joy in planning....an with regards, to the holw week procession, in oas,,, which we have a perfect attendance with arlene... for the past four years,,, we were joined by my son and daughter nikki,,, they joined the carrosas of my ninnang doctor rayco,,,, and as usual arlene and me joined the last pasos,,, by the gumba , who is also a relative,,,,it was a very nice weather and fulfilly experience...we had a nice conversation together with general ben dorigo, an ilocano husband from sarrat ilocos norte, of general doris nepomuceno remedios,,,, who is also a relative , because of my lolo anko,,, whose mother is also a nepomuceno...(originating from sorsogon),, thus,,,indeed it is nice to go back to ones roots,, during holy week,,, ours is one with the longest particiaption of pasos, which is about 36 participants,,,, the latest addition is the triumphant entrty,,, of jesus in jerusalem, and many more is added every year,,,, so probably every house will have a passos...we had a very good learning experience too,,, at the mass of resurection at the redemptorist, church,,,, the presiding priest explained very well the meaning and message of the resurrection,,, anton, nikki and arlene,,,, enjoyed it as, it was said both in bicol and tagalog... early tomorro, we will participate in the procession of the risen christ, salubong,,, where jesus, and mama mary meettt, that his son is really alive,,, and this reminds me that ,,,we can resureect anything on earth, with the spirit of jesus christ...i have done it again with the Height board and catering buz plus three more in bicol.... resureecting our business with the spriti of jesus... togetherness and friendship "togehterness and friendship" is the theme of the mass, and message at redemptorist, that we are reminde to be a friend and always together with our family members...and to add to the richness of the experience of the holy week... we completed,,, the 7 visita iglesias,, in the vicinity of legaspi, albay and daraga,,,, we have done it smotthly this time.... anton, nikki, me and arlene,,, first we went to our lady of fatima parish,,,our main parish, then redemptorist, where we go to mass on sunday, then st. raphael, the most populous during the visita iglesia, st. jude,,,the chinese church, where i saw the biggest oliva leaves, (palaspas).,, then cchurch of ramon nonato in tagas (near nthe water source and nearest chd), then we go to our lady of the gate parish,,,(hilltop in daraga),,, we saw the full moon,, and my son, mistakenly saw the moon, moving,,,which actually, the clouds are moving, together with nikki...and then the 7th stop is the st. gregory the great cathedral,,,,,we reaaly felt light,,, and especially me,,,,died with my old habits, sins and vices,,, to resureect in the new saldy.... saldy "natin" reario...and i really felt very good,, this was the best year so far...and of course the last last station is jollibbee... for the family....,i preach as the priest of the family,,,in the car,,, which was one of the greatest blessings i received here in bicol....god bless us all... and
