april 9 2012 4 year summary and forward plans

last nite my duahgter was really surprised to received a bouquet of flowers from an admirer, a dozen of white flowers....and different reactions came from my family....and i told my daughter to pray to be humble always, in any situation...today we go to manila, for a start of another chapter in our lives....again with a saying.... ones altitude is determined by ones attitude...does it must be adopted by one another....we will be establishing a business, trading business in manila, with my daughter, so she has a business, while studying ...as rearios are known entrepreneurs...businessmen....and bicol will be our supply base,,,,and manila is our market base.... known as rearios enterprises trade group....nikki will head this in manila,,, while anton will head the bicol group...also,,, started the.... seedling bank today,,, by giving the baligang to fr. joseph raquid... and i ask for his blessings for nikkis ust studies....today i remember also uncle pitos birthday....and also instructed cristina for my seedling bank,, reario seedling bank...and always develop new ideas,,,also i could activate my real estate business and automotive businesses....in manila,,,, and trading of bags in our previous markets...health care maintenance is also an eye opener... as health is wealth,,,,just behind ust is a buy out of caritas manila,,,,a 50 year old clinic bought by an health maintenance company... so it could be a nice idea to build a "health maintenance company: " for the masses and the middle class,,,, different from what philhealth is offering..., or i could sell it for them.....reario foundation,,,, appointees,,,,gladys redillas and tin eseguerra... gladys redillas, will head, the couples without children,, how to make happy couples without children... and tin esguerra,, will head household managemnet, and hijos, hijas abandonada or single parents,,,, and soon to be appointed are the,,,, single forever division.. the happiest person are singles... all under the reario foundation and reario movement programs...and we also need,,, somebody to head,,,,the cash flow research group,,, or creation of new businesses in an area that would create a long term cash flow for the reario organization... resaldo reario and sons...,, resaldo ricafort reario and sons...and will adopt all kinds of creative ideas.... for business sustainability....should be with continous educatin... and my primary purpose is to enroll nikki at UST......and orient her,,,, about manila and going to and going from the house,,,, while,, having a business of her own,,, in onyx...and at the same time enroll anton,,, for advance and tennis classes probably in philippine columbian association...and call,,, glenda avinguna,,, about review classes near ..our house and probably near concordia....this will be my,,, april mission.....,,,2012....the holy week was a life transforming....experience for us....especially me..... and we are also planning for our may events....,,,the whole month of the rest of april,,, is magayon festival,,,, and up to the first week of may....and mothers day in the month of april...and june 4, is the first day of classes...for ust...god bless us all,,, i ask blessings from fr. josept raquid....for nikkis ust studies... and this also starts,,,, the reario seedling bank in cooperation with the cliamte change.... times....we could trade seedlings to different organizations..... just by trading...god bless us all...i have almos 4 hours more to prepare before we leave for manila.... i always pray for protection...for everyone of us especially,,, our family...

Easter Sunday Event

we woke up at 4:00 pm, me and arlene, to experience the "salubong" in fatima parish, joining the procession of the "risen christ" together with st. peter... all the way from vel-amor, to the our lady of fatima parish...where the salubong took place, with the three women,,,salome, soledad and mama mary....,,,where the easter angels, sang,,, and the lead angel took the "belo" of mama mary who saw the risen christ....i really felt a real transformation within myself...dying from sins, vices, bad habits, having confession, of my sins...felf sorry for them,,, and all deficiencies of the previous year...it was almost a month recollection,beginning from the recollection of parents and teachers, at st. agnes academy, and the holy week, to the easter resurrection celebration....i really felt transformed,,, where the holy spirit lives within me...,within the coming year and the years to come with a new spirit... i humbly pray that , we, will be guided always by the holy spirit, with wisdom to raise our children,,, correctly,,,with discipline and wisdom....grant us wisdom, us parents, especially me as the head of the family, so that i will be e good example to my family and only the good words of wisdom will come out of my mouth,,,,and my mind, spirit, health,intellect, emotion, and relationships network. all be blessed with wisdom,,,grant, and bless nikki and anton as well, and my wife arlene, the same with wisdom....and all members of our households...and all my sisters and in laws...today,,, my daughter received a bouquet of flowers,,,,from an admirer....a dozen of them... it reminded me of,,, my youthful years,,,where i give flowers to ladies,,, and receiving flowers at the same time...i share a prayer to my daughter...and my wife and the family,,,,all daily actions from now on must be accompanied by prayers, real prayers...., tomorrow, bataan day,,, is the birthday of uncle pito, april 9, an uncle i usually admire....and we will go to manila with my daughter, nikki and anton,,,, i wish and greet happy easter, each and every member of our family,,,, this time with a deeper meaning,,, of uttering easter....that i could really feel... this yearly practice of celebration,,,is a real blessing to the christian world..i pray that i would be guided with real wisdom and pray too for my household to always be safe... and sound...and,,our houlsehold in manila to be always safe and sound too,,, and a profitable,,,fruitful Manila experience, to anton and nikki,,,,nikki,,,,, for her new chapter in her life....college life,,, and will make her as a co-owner of reario' s enterprises. trading.... and a director-outside director of reario foundation and member of the r.e.a.r.i.o. movement...,always make us humble, in all our undertakings...to make our cup always need to be filled with wisdom of the current event or situation...and thanks for the blessings and courage that help us, carry on , persist, and persevere... towards the fullness, richness, and wholeness of life...,,and i ask always lord for your guidance, wisdom and always, humility...this coming days, for,, nikkis enrollment, antons entrollment in summer clases,, my regular check up , executive check up,,business opportunities for a regular cash flow,,,,short term, and for long term, cash flow and net worth, in a yearly basis, and 5 years, and even for, the next generation and many generations to come,, passing the expertise, of good and expert management...to my household and the family,,, where reario is noted for its entrepreneurship expertise....... also tommorrows priorties bags....for the new requirement of albay establishements...and the new idea for making a health buz,,,, insurance biz,,,, where,,,, i have an almost,,,, 8 months of experience...,for health,,, one of the real concern of any society,,,, which i now am awakened, that as per as speaker from the united states made, the united states. bankrupt....that could cost the presidency of obama...hence, health care management industry is a big business in any country....this could be explored,,,, this time,,, i must act,,,, and and lay out plans for the new 3 ideas cited above.... bag for albay estalblishments,,, for the new ordinannce,,, how,,, through a reliable supplier, printer of eco bags and paper bags,,, and the seedling bank,,, for government agencies,,,, order taking,,,, and for health care management industry.... and in the coming grand re-unionfor the rearios for tire re-capping business...through my neighbors experitse and realubits expertise as well...so there are 4 ideas This year 2012 holy week is a very lucky and blessed for me and my family...We had a very rare bonding moment, as this is the longest holiday for the year 2012,,..Celebrated my birthdyay, on a holy thursday,,, and attended a mass celebrated by all the priests of the diocese, as it coincided with the new assignments with the diocese of each priest...for five years...it was a thanksgiving, for me for the blessings received for the past 53 years...learning for the past 20 years, earning , livelihood and businesses for another 20 years...and and continously creating and establishing new businesses... have raised a family, sired children written a book... and have to achieved 19 skills more of the 200 skills learned for a lifetime... to enjoy , cherish and enjoy, and share to my familys next generation of rearios,,..god really loves me and my family very much...and as my fathers side the reario's... family who originated from europe,,, italy and spain specifically an very much identified with the roman catholic organization,,, since the 14th century...with 3 cardinals and a 2 popes,,, in its lineage... and also with my mothers side,,, the ricafort side of my maternal clan... who have produced already a governor general,, in the name of governor general mariano palacin ricafort,,,in the 1820's and the last years of the 20th centry.(who was change to "president ".. during the american regime)...and my name resaldo,,, which is a pure oaseno breed with the combination of my lolos names representing the big barrios of oas... restituto (central oas),,, alejandro ( the biggest barrio, with the mayon unit), and domingo (both the upland and the coastal areas)....and thanks god for creating our a family and our blessing our clan with a very entrepreneurial spirit,,, that wherever a reario is around,,, for sure it will have an improvement of the locality...the best message of the holy week so far was the best for us,, for me, my wife arlene, and our children , anton and nikki, nikki who is now on her next chapter,,, entering college years....i feel good that i have someone to share my experiences, and to transfer to my childre, for them to be better citizens than the previous generation...anton will be entering ust,,,also for her medical studies,,, and nikki probably will purse aim(asian insttitue of management) or continue with her law studies....and me continue to grow and build business and arlene, doing very good in her national position as the coordinator of the national nutrtion council in our region.... and any of us later, we could enter in politics and business at the same time,,, later probably at the age of 80,, when niks and anton probably have finished their studies and have family of their own and my grandchildrens....during the holy week.... there was a change of heart in each and every memeber of the family, especially me,,, for the better,,, especially in harmonoius relations..with my wife , my children and the rest of the member of the family.... they all greeted me on my birthday....,had really had a nice time... singing with my magic sing,,,both religious and country music song, with 3 tv's... a well planned long event, indeed, there is a joy in planning....an with regards, to the holw week procession, in oas,,, which we have a perfect attendance with arlene... for the past four years,,, we were joined by my son and daughter nikki,,, they joined the carrosas of my ninnang doctor rayco,,,, and as usual arlene and me joined the last pasos,,, by the gumba , who is also a relative,,,,it was a very nice weather and fulfilly experience...we had a nice conversation together with general ben dorigo, an ilocano husband from sarrat ilocos norte, of general doris nepomuceno remedios,,,, who is also a relative , because of my lolo anko,,, whose mother is also a nepomuceno...(originating from sorsogon),, thus,,,indeed it is nice to go back to ones roots,, during holy week,,, ours is one with the longest particiaption of pasos, which is about 36 participants,,,, the latest addition is the triumphant entrty,,, of jesus in jerusalem, and many more is added every year,,,, so probably every house will have a passos...we had a very good learning experience too,,, at the mass of resurection at the redemptorist, church,,,, the presiding priest explained very well the meaning and message of the resurrection,,, anton, nikki and arlene,,,, enjoyed it as, it was said both in bicol and tagalog... early tomorro, we will participate in the procession of the risen christ, salubong,,, where jesus, and mama mary meettt, that his son is really alive,,, and this reminds me that ,,,we can resureect anything on earth, with the spirit of jesus christ...i have done it again with the Height board and catering buz plus three more in bicol.... resureecting our business with the spriti of jesus... togetherness and friendship "togehterness and friendship" is the theme of the mass, and message at redemptorist, that we are reminde to be a friend and always together with our family members...and to add to the richness of the experience of the holy week... we completed,,, the 7 visita iglesias,, in the vicinity of legaspi, albay and daraga,,,, we have done it smotthly this time.... anton, nikki, me and arlene,,, first we went to our lady of fatima parish,,,our main parish, then redemptorist, where we go to mass on sunday, then st. raphael, the most populous during the visita iglesia, st. jude,,,the chinese church, where i saw the biggest oliva leaves, (palaspas).,, then cchurch of ramon nonato in tagas (near nthe water source and nearest chd), then we go to our lady of the gate parish,,,(hilltop in daraga),,, we saw the full moon,, and my son, mistakenly saw the moon, moving,,,which actually, the clouds are moving, together with nikki...and then the 7th stop is the st. gregory the great cathedral,,,,,we reaaly felt light,,, and especially me,,,,died with my old habits, sins and vices,,, to resureect in the new saldy.... saldy "natin" reario...and i really felt very good,, this was the best year so far...and of course the last last station is jollibbee... for the family....,i preach as the priest of the family,,,in the car,,, which was one of the greatest blessings i received here in bicol....god bless us all... and will continue in the next issue..(.april 5, 2012)
